When we launched our business in 2020, we did so on two beliefs:

1. that nonprofits are a direct line to address the gaps in community needs, and..
2. that we have unique skillsets to help them expand horizons and maximize resources for impact.

Today, our own horizons continue to evolve. Through diverse experiences with clients who have given us their trust, we’ve realized that our mission isn’t just to serve nonprofits. Our responsibility is to serve the broader impact community (public, private, and nonprofit). We’ve served as facilitators sitting in the middle of complex initiatives, organizers of public/private partnerships, designers of strategic visions, and integrators that usher visions into impact.

Through it all, what energizes us the most is realizing the BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal) is achievable.
